Involved in design and development activities in the areas of MM & SD. Migrated SAP scripts into Smart forms for SD-Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase orders, Service orders and Invoices. Created custom smart styles, custom graphics, address options and modified the existing Smart forms according to client specifications. Created various BDC programs to update PO numbers for sales documents from flat files and differentiating them into a quote or an order for various scenarios like validating discounts to process the order and updating material source list with additional features like data validation where error session and application logs are created. Modified ALV and Interactive reports according to the requirements. Designing and developing the custom reports in SD to display the Open Sales orders between the given dates and developed the report to display the deliveries that have been shipped (Post good issued) but have not been invoiced with project data. Created an Interactive report that displays Purchase Order information such as PO number, order reason and delivery status. In addition, other checks were performed to ensure that all required fields were available Created a report that helped perform actions like Create/Edit/Delete in a table. Worked with Dumped Analysis to specifically point out the root causes of short dumps and worked based on the analysis report to resolve such runtime issues. Enhanced the business functionality by incorporating and configuring new BADI's. Designed and coded a BDC program in MM to load material master data into SAP system from legacy system. Created customized Screens for vendor master and customer master using screen painter to display vendors based on vendor number. Created a User Exit to intake only certain country codes for certain customer master transactions by doing validations in the function module exit. Developed ALV report for price exception report for a particular period. Generated ALV reports listing purchase orders based on vendors, materials, PO number, material group, and plant giving total value of the purchase order specified durations.
